・キャンセルポリシー：ご利用開始の24時間前以降はキャンセル料金100%（それ以前はキャンセル料金発生しません。）
・利用開始の10分前までご予約可能。

予約時ご登録のクレジットカードにて上記キャンセルポリシーに応じて自動決済。（VISA・MasterCardのみ対応）
※現金決済不可

▼ デポジット
当施設はご利用いただく方に必ずデポジットをあらかじめお預かりさせていただいております。（デポジット額は予約確認画面にて表示されます）
※与信確保期間はご利用開始前〜終了日翌日になります。（クレジットカード会社によって与信枠の解放時期が異なる場合がございます。）
※デポジット取得は最大2回ございます。利用終了後クレジットカード会社より返金されますのでお待ちください。

・無人施設になりますので、事前にお送りするメールをご確認の上、ご利用くださいませ。

▼ About Reservations
・Available Plans:
 L Day Plan: 90 minutes usage available during the day

・Cancellation Policy: 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24 hours before the start time (no cancellation fee applies before that).
Reservations can be made up to 10 minutes before the start time.

▼ Payment
Payment will be automatically processed using the credit card registered at the time of reservation, in accordance with the above cancellation policy. (Only VISA and MasterCard are accepted.)
Cash payments are not accepted.

▼ Deposit Our facility requires a deposit from all users in advance. (The deposit amount will be displayed on the reservation confirmation screen.)
The authorization period for the deposit is from before the start of the usage until the day after the end date. (The timing of the release of the authorization may vary depending on the credit card company.)
The deposit may be collected up to twice. It will be refunded by the credit card company after your usage, so please wait for the refund.

▼ Important Notes about the Facility
Children under 10 years old are not allowed to use the sauna due to potential health risks.
This is an unmanned facility, so please check the email we send you in advance before using the facility.
If you need assistance during your usage, please contact us via the in-room tablet.
